The team possesses substantial experience in Financial Reporting and Accounting, Auditing, Budgeting, Risk Advisory and Assurance, Business Process Management, Project Management and Implementation services.

Business Process Management includes a complete range from process improvement, re-engineering and overall transformation of functions and processes with the objective to achieve control effectiveness and efficiency. This covers business process modeling, system and process control analysis. Business Process Management Services are offered as separate studies and part of projects and implementations. In addition to assurance role during project implementation, these activities are offered as pre and post implementation studies.

The team possesses relevant background and remedial expertise to build a customer experience of not only identification of area of improvement but also having necessary resources to provide achievable and sustainable remedial actionable plans along with the capacity to deliver solutions in a partnered approach with its customers.

This is done through gap studies as a review of applications and systems, related processes and accounting procedures, identifying issues, assessing risk and making recommendations, supporting relevant function in standardization of information systems related processes and underlying accounting documentation from operational, compliance and financial reporting perspective along with tailored solutions of short, medium and long term objectives of a particular organization.

These studies along with recommendations and remedial activities are done in line with Control and Regulatory Frameworks and Accounting & International Reporting Standards.
