The team possesses substantial experience in Financial Reporting and Accounting, Auditing, Budgeting, Risk Advisory and Assurance, Business Process Management, Project Management and Implementation services.

The team has extensive experience of Management of Projects including the area of project conceptualization, planning, initiation, designing, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure.

Members in the team have experience to devise governance and management structure for complex projects, lead projects and key functions in the project, managing project issues and risks, managing the overall financial performance of the projects, liaise with internal and external parties including the core project vendor, providing periodic updates to project governing bodies, organizing extensive trainings, performing testing of data and functionality to ensure successful roll out and system stabilization.

In addition to project management the team has experience in managing transformation on BOT (Build, Operate and Transfer) model, which includes delivery of a project, transition of the function from project mode to BAU (Business As Usual mode).
